Liberte has NOT replied to my return request after submitting it a week ago!

I bought a bra t hat is not fitting right. Have sent emails four times with no response. I am about to open a dispute with the bank.

I ordered three bras for an upcoming event. The event was canceled so I returned the bras after receiving them. I have tracking that shows they were delivered back safely and on time with the return policy. I emaled customer service and they responded quickly saying I should return the items to them and that a refund would be issued. It's been two months now since the returned items were delivered and I have no refund. Customer service has been completely unresponsive since the first contact. I'm out $300 and have no product. I thought they were a legitimate company but DO NOT TRUST THEM. Not sure if they are a scam or just completely lacking in customer service. $300 is a LOT of money to me right now, especially with the holidays and a 2nd baby on the way. No company should treat people like this.

Still waiting for someone to get back to me about my return. I have followed up with a few messages and it has been over a week.

I followed directions to request a return 48 hours after receipt of the product. I got an email saying I would get an email on how to return. Then nothing. I emailed again and never got a response. Never again. And will make sure friends and family know about my experience.
