Bad shopping experience

It didn’t fit well and tried to return but they make the process extremely difficult. You first have to request a return and then they have to approve it. I waited about a week to see if my return was approved but got no follow up. I emailed them regarding the status but, again, no follow up. I feel they are trying to make sure you go past the 30 days so you have to keep the product and can’t return it. Which would be fine except the fit is horrible

Returns were complicated and I had to email customer service Bc the website would not register my order number. Customer service was inconsistent. They said I received an email that I didn’t, and then different people said different things. Customer service was rude, accusatory, and not pleasant to deal with. Will not be shopping with your company again and will not recommend.

We think your business is a FRAUD

So far this transaction has been a total fraud. Nothing fits and all attempts to return and exchange have failed. Which kind of business exists without a phone number??? So mightily disappointed Chuck/Ify Umeh

No Returns Permitted

They say that you can return merchandise. Well, except for underwear – even if unworn. Since everything they sell is "underwear", that effectively guts their return policy. And makes it very hard to buy things as gifts for other people.
