I bought 2 bras on 08/05 I returned one and as of today 08/31 I have not received the refund and have had no luck contacting Liberte’ customer service. Very disappointed and would be happy to have this resolved .

The sizing measurements are not accurate . The bra runs very small...returned

Unresponsive to emails, for the most part. No phone number listed. States on website free shipping and free returns but one has to pay for return shipping. Still waiting for RMA. I am trying to return bras which have too small a band, way too tight but my usual size.

the bras are soft and fit my large bust well. they are exactly as described, but as a new customer I needed to order multiple sizes and multiple sizes to find the correct and best fit for me. I have never encountered an online retailer who does not respond to customer service emails or message portals, Facebook messages, etc. I needed assistance returning the incorrect sizes (and it was approx $500 to return so a big chunk of change!) and received absolutely NO RESPONSE for weeks. finally my return was processed almost 2 weeks after I submitted the request. I was incredibly frustrated and stressed, and almost reported Liberte to the BBB.

I received a bra that was clearly miss sized. I contacted customer service immediately asking how should I handle the problem and I never received any response. This was a repeat purchase as I love the products just very unhappy that no one ever reached back out to me.
