Letterfolk sent me the wrong product, and never replied to my emails.

You really need to get it together and send things out in a timely manner. Waiting weeks before sending something out is just asinine.

Wrong color sent and no response from you yet. Already sent in a complaint…when are you going to respond????? It’s been a month
