Horrible service

Not great. First there was a shipping delay, then you sent the wrong item. Replaced item with the correct print but it arrived in terrible condition. Had to get a refund because I didn’t believe the new print would arrive in better condition with the way it was packaged- zero protection just laying flat in a giant cardboard box to get marred and bent, which it definitely did.
