I slept on a pillow

I slept on a pillow at my daughter’s house that was fantastic. Turns out it was a Leesa pillow they got when they bought their king size bed. I ordered one when I got home but it was not the same. I ordered your feather pillow. I’m still using it but greatly preferred the soft, fluffy one at my daughter’s house.

SHOP stinks.

Ordering my mattress was simple. This is the second one in about six weeks. However, tracking is horrendous. I have no idea where my order stands when it’s going to ship or arrive. The Shop app stinks. It’s very cumbersome very difficult to out any status. You need to find a better way for your customers to track their orders all the way through to delivery.

Mattress is exactly what I

Mattress is exactly what I was hoping it would be, customer support is great, FedEx delivery issues caused the 1 star loss. Had about a week in a row of “delivery not attempted” every day, I was not confident I would ever actually receive the mattress.
