Leesa - New Correct Store

My mattress delivery was a nightmare and took weeks longer than expected. They were kind and reshaped and then gave me a $150 refund but it did not excuse the inconvenience t caused me. The mattress is good but overpriced for what you get.

This is a pretty great mattress. It's very soft yet supportive. The main negative, which brings it down so much, is that this "chill" mattress holds on to heat like nothing I've ever experienced. I have to constantly move around, because if I'm in one spot too long, my body heat will make that a very, VERY warm spot. It's quite unbearable. However, if you aren't as sensitive to heat as I am, then I'm sure you'll be fine. I definitely feel the extra $ given for the cooling effect was 100% wasted.

Perhaps overpriced, delivery service troubling, and not as comfortable as rated. . . seem to think that some reviewers overstated their approval

It’s ok, not great. I wake up achy. Age? Maybe. Mattress? Maybe. It’s a little more firm than I thought it would be. So, meh.
