Leesa - New Correct Store

The bed was delivered quickly. The directions for setting it up were clear and easy to understand. I didn't need any follow up support.

The shipping was a as advertised. I had a communication problem with the dispatch but it worked out.

Not keen on the idea of ordering a matress I couldn’t touch first. Still, it was highly recommended so I took a chance. We’ve had it for several weeks now and it is fine in terms of feel. Can’t yet say whether it sleeps cooler than the old one—have to wait for summer. Delivery was awkward as we don’t live in a major metro area. They only delivered to our area once a week so there was a delay. It worked out for us, but might not for others.

Easy to assemble, however the Velcro to secure the planks are not strong enough which moves a lot before the mattress is placed on

I slept on a pillow at my daughter’s house that was fantastic. Turns out it was a Leesa pillow they got when they bought their king size bed. I ordered one when I got home but it was not the same. I ordered your feather pillow. I’m still using it but greatly preferred the soft, fluffy one at my daughter’s house.
