Leesa - New Correct Store

Leesa was more than just great, because when they talk about 120 days to sleep on it, they mean it. I originally had a different model, but it was too soft more my taste, and Leesa stood by their word and exchanged it out for me, without question. Now that's customer service!

We purchased the OG mattress ten years ago and loved it. So when it was time to replace, we came back to our tried and true company. After much research, we ultimately chose Sapira Chill. I give it a 5* rating, it did come with a teeny tiny snag. But it does NOT affect the performance and customer service was amazing to work with and responds almost immediately. This is our 2nd mattress with this company and I'm so thrilled with out great I sleep. I have a bad shoulder and I no longer wake up with soreness from it.

I am a post menopausal woman whose body temperature now runs very high at night. My husband bought a cheap mattress which was not helping my sleep at all, I was getting 20 minutes or less of deep sleep a night. I heard about the mattresses on the Judge John Hodgman show while looking for at options, and finally decided on the hybrid cooling mattress. Staff was completely helpful and my deep sleep increased to almost an hour the first week! And is still that high! Now when I travel I cannot wait to get home to my Leesa mattress.
