There is one thing you could improve on the website. When you choose the metal and the stones you want, the selection you see has the same model displayed multiple times which makes us need to drop down a lot to see the different models.

I haven't yet received my order, but if I were to rate my shopping experience, it wasn't great. When I entered a search term several duplicate search results would show up, resulting in a lot of scrolling. It was frustrating, and prolonged my search unnecessarily.

Very good service,but I am very disappointed because I paid to much money for this bracelet,which it is not what I expected.

I would not recommend. I loved that I could customize the ring. I didn't like that when I requested information, the text confirmation referred me to another website called Jewlr, and my confirmation number/order number didn't work there. So I called and say in hold 15 mins twice, then called Fiori direct and sat on hold 15 minutes, then hung up there too, I give up!! I was left wondering if I ordered from a fake site! And nothing has been delivered yet.
