Terrible sevice. Trying to actually get a person on the phone to ask some questions was an ordeal. When I finally got to speak to a person, they totally misinformed me, answering a question so erroneously, I now wonder if they had any real knowledge of the ring I was interested in. Based on their answer, I purchased the ring, and it is nothing like the image of it on the website, or what I discussed with the person on the phone. Now once again I have called and left a message and sent two emails asking to speak to a person to address how I feel I’ve been duped, and no one has reached out and called me back.

I never got a receipt or confirmation email. Please send this along since it appears if I got this review email the payment actually was accepted and an order completed.
