Bought this as a gift for a girlfriend with a letter representing each of her children’s first names. The ink for the “e” already partially scratched off. Hopefully this can be resolved quickly. Thought the chain would be a bit longer. But feels short even though I purchased the “long” version

The actual product I ordered came in quite smaller than I thought it would. Dainty ring, yes. However way smaller than it appears online. The ring itself is a 4/5, probably would look elsewhere for something similar, but for a dainty band it’s perfect. What made my experience awful was customer service. Clearly there is a lack of service training as I had nothing but unpleasant experience, being talked over, not letting me finish my sentences, and even having my grammar corrected by a “manager”. My concerns were no acknowledged, even after I sent my product in for repairs to have the size changed, they kept stating it was there to ensure it was the size I ordered. Also, when told it would take up to 10 business days after being received, I got absolutely zero communication when it went beyond that, and when I called they said they hadn’t even looked at it yet. But as soon as I complained, it was sent the next day? I mean I appreciate it, but it made the company look sloppy overall. Still need some kinks worked out of this new business before I’d return.
