Horrible! Never recieved my items and it has been a month…. Awaiting a response from customer service which takes up to 72 hours…. I’ve already waited a month for my items… never again

Took a long time to ship.

Been waiting over three weeks for my order from Lanolips. Delivery information has not been updated nor has there been any communication regarding my order. Generally love the products but the service (at least from the US store) has been incredibly slow with no communication on what issue has caused the delivery delay.

Items not received

I used it for about two week continuously and it gave my lips eczema and dried them out even more
