I still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed several times receiving the same email reply that that I will hear from someone within 72 hours. It’s the same email and I’ve not received my order.

Never received package - horrible customer support. . . Customer support said they would look into it and then never got back to me or replied to my follow up email

Shipping is extremely slow and unreliable. Did not get any updates on my package for two weeks, and still have not received my package at week 3.

Customer was did nothing to resolve my complaint.

Customer service is not good I received a gross dirty lip balm reached out to customer service they didn’t bother to make it right I also received another order that smelled rancid I didn’t bother to reach out to customer service again because they do nothing
