The products are great, but the customer service though… at least for Canadian customers… never got the free shipping after a $60 USD purchase, even if they said they’d reach out to their internal team and let me know as soon as they receive further information. Even with a cart over $90 USD, the shipping was still $43 CAD. They never reached out to me after that email, even if I tried a second time to contact them.

i’m very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of response over this inquiry. Reply took almost 2 weeks and shipping took about 4 weeks…. I won’t be ordering directly from this site if ever in the first do decide to buy from this company again.

BEWARE! While the product might be alright, it is impossible to get a hold of anyone in order to initiate a return. Tried contacting multiple times and have heard nothing back. The item arrived much later than anticipated, and because of that I wasn't able to gift the products. Now I need to return them, but since I haven't received any response to my multiple inquiries, the return period has ended and I am stuck with the products. Would NOT recommend ordering from the website - items will arrive much later than anticipated and nobody will be able to help you with returning products. Unfortunately, this ended up being a waste of money.

Terrible customer service

I placed an $80 order. There were three items I was extremely dissatisfied with but Lanolips refused to help me. I will keep being awareness to this.
