Great products and normally fast shipping (minus my latest order). I only wish I got more product for my buck.

I love this product but the shipping costs to Canada are prohibitive. I had to have it shipped to a friend in the US and wait for her to visit me. It means I can’t get the product when I want as you no longer seem to have a distributor in Canada

The gloss is super thick and doesn't smell as strongly as I want. The opening is too big fir how thick the gloss is and I think a carmex opening would be the best for this viscosity. It's super hydrating though.

I was really hoping to like this lip balm. It does feel good on the lips and little goes a long way but the smell and taste of this is not at all appealing, there is nothing "tropical" about it so its a no for me.
