The website gave me a lot of trouble. I reached out to customer service and they did not offer much help. They were very nice and polite, but I was surprised that they didn’t take more initiative to help with my order, especially because the problem I was having was that the website wasn’t letting me increase the quantity of products I wanted to order. Customer service basically told me to try again myself, with no follow-up assistance. I wouldn’t be bothered to leave this review, but I got this email specifically asking for my feedback, so here it is!

Not great. I’ll order from Amazon next time for easier return and quicker delivery.
