i have been happy with the shipments that i have received, but i think customer service could be better. i texted about a broken thermometer and a reply took quite a while to get. i ended up buying a new one. setting the mini sauna up was not as easy as it was portrayed in the video, but we did get it going, and i love it!

Love my sauna. All I need for my home. Would like to see radiant barrier to keep heat better on the tent for cold winter time.

Still boxed…. at least it showed up… I have NO sauna tent to place it under…

Did not receive bucket and ladle and was not informed they were sold out until I emailed to inquire. Was offer partial refund
