Received the sauna package and the chimney hole cover was not included. Asked for it to be sent with fast shipping and no reply until I had to reach back out to get someone to send me the part. Pretty let down as I can not use the sauna I spent $1,700 on until 3 or 4 weeks after the original purchase date.

Sauna didn't reach the temps that it claims in 70 ish degree weather. Cold plunge is pretty cheap, mine leaked, but is alright and cools you down after the 175° sauna.

I'm still waiting to find out what they've shipped what they received or what my house is received I'm out of the country it wasn't supposed to be delivered until middle of January from what they said from what the neighbor said there's only been a couple pieces delivered so I don't know what's up it's just trying to get a hold of UPS trying to get a hold of these guys or even worse
