Received the sauna package and the chimney hole cover was not included. Asked for it to be sent with fast shipping and no reply until I had to reach back out to get someone to send me the part. Pretty let down as I can not use the sauna I spent $1,700 on until 3 or 4 weeks after the original purchase date.

Sauna didn't reach the temps that it claims in 70 ish degree weather. Cold plunge is pretty cheap, mine leaked, but is alright and cools you down after the 175° sauna.

Initially shipped inside out but after I disassembled and turned it right side out it works perfectly, although the alignment of everything is a bit janky from the wear and tear of the rectifying of the tents initial construction. Works efficiently and comfortably now though! I’ve got it setup permanently in my backyard and have been sweating away to my hearts content for a couple of months.
