The shipping was good, and timely. The tent and value pack was shipped on different dates.

Very pleased with the purchase! Everything works great! I would urge the company to consider improvements in the following areas: 1. communication after purchase (let us know things are delayed. . . estimate shipping) 2. Clearer instructions (stove, tent set up, and particularly, tent takedown) 3. Don't send marketing emails to someone who has already bought the tent but hasn't received it yet

i have been happy with the shipments that i have received, but i think customer service could be better. i texted about a broken thermometer and a reply took quite a while to get. i ended up buying a new one. setting the mini sauna up was not as easy as it was portrayed in the video, but we did get it going, and i love it!

Love my sauna. All I need for my home. Would like to see radiant barrier to keep heat better on the tent for cold winter time.

Received the sauna package and the chimney hole cover was not included. Asked for it to be sent with fast shipping and no reply until I had to reach back out to get someone to send me the part. Pretty let down as I can not use the sauna I spent $1,700 on until 3 or 4 weeks after the original purchase date.
