Received the sauna package and the chimney hole cover was not included. Asked for it to be sent with fast shipping and no reply until I had to reach back out to get someone to send me the part. Pretty let down as I can not use the sauna I spent $1,700 on until 3 or 4 weeks after the original purchase date.

Sauna didn't reach the temps that it claims in 70 ish degree weather. Cold plunge is pretty cheap, mine leaked, but is alright and cools you down after the 175° sauna.

I never received my order!

I sent a comment about no instructions for mini sauna, none in the packaging, concerning heat shields and different diameter chimney pipes. Videos don't mention that either. I will try to use the stove without heat shields, with only 6 feet of chimney
