The people at Kyfe are just amazing! They reached out to make sure we received the sauna, and I ended up talking with the owner for a while. He gave me a lot of tips on how to heat the sauna, and you can tell he really cares about the product. Great job from everyone from Kyfe!

i have been happy with the shipments that i have received, but i think customer service could be better. i texted about a broken thermometer and a reply took quite a while to get. i ended up buying a new one. setting the mini sauna up was not as easy as it was portrayed in the video, but we did get it going, and i love it!

Love my sauna. All I need for my home. Would like to see radiant barrier to keep heat better on the tent for cold winter time.
