Months later still no diapers: Order number 24072

How can I rate a promised product that has never arrived months after the order was submitted and paid for.?!?! This is beyond disappointing but downright robbery as our baby has already outgrown the Stage One Diaper Size—so they will be unusable. So we’re paying for something we can’t use—that is robbery. If you cannot deliver the requested diapers in one week then cancel the order and provide a full refund immediately. A very very disappointed attempted customer. worst service ever

I ordered these on jan 11. it is feb 22 and still no diapers. I was suppose to have them feb 16 and they are still waiting for pickup by carrier. Need to get set up if they are going to advertise diapers for sale and be ready to ship or don't advertise them for sale

Sizing is way off. Can’t

Sizing is way off. Can’t keep up with demand and default blame is placed on shark tank. How about owning the delay, we took more orders than we can process, and here’s how we’re going to fix it?! Managing a subscription is clunky at best.

Late delivery

great product but they are always late shipping out my monthly box. They blame it on shark tank. We rely on our month box service for 2 kids. I used thrive market diapers for a long time I may switch back if they cant figure it out
