I’ve been asked to review my order, which was made over a month ago, and we’ve yet to receive our order. The tracking says it’ll still be another 1+ weeks before delivery. This is taking way too long to receive diapers. Must be a production issue? I’m clueless. And Kudos is asking for my review?!?! It should know that I haven’t received anything yet. Disconcerting.

Sending me a review link when it has been a month since I placed my order and you still havent shipped anything or responded with my ship date. Run far far away from this company.

Unfortunately by the time the order arrived, size 1 is too small. Please advise how I can return without shipping cost?

When I received the tracking notice I saw the Pattern of the diaper was wrong ... I did not order elephant .. I ordered the sign language print The new mother works at the school for the deaf and the new grandmother is deaf. We love that Kudos honor sign language and we love the message of why you put sign language on the diapers. But .. we're so disappointed to not receive the correct diaper. The baby is a girl and blue elephants are just not what we want to give on this precious welcome to our world birth. I could not be more disappointed. I sent a message to the support link immediately but no one has received or answered it. I need the correct diapers shipped.
