Supply Issue

The quality of the diapers overall are great. However, actually being able to get the product is a whole other story. I had a subscription to Kudos, but after 3 months of not being able to get the diapers, as they were out of stock, I had to go elsewhere. They'll even charge you upfront for the diapers, even though they're out of stock, and will keep you waiting for weeks if not longer. So you're out of diapers AND $100.

You've been out of stock for si,e 2 for a while. You also don't have pull ups. We had to switch brands.

Unreliable Subscription

Unreliable subscription. We need diapers and wipes. Consistently. When we trust you with a subscription the least we ask for is transparency. I only got updates when I asked. I paid for diapers and wipes and it took a month to receive my shipment after I asked for multiple updates - and I only got diapers because the wipes were sold out.

U sent me another box

U sent me another box of diapers that I did not order. I am NOT on auto delivery. The baby isn’t due to June 23rd Send me a return label & I will ship them back. Take the charge off my credit card This isn’t going 2 end well if I get charged

Great Product TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This is so sad because I am in love with these diapers but customer service made the whole experience completely awful for me. I got an extra package delivered which I didn’t order. I reached out to Kudos customer service letting them know it happened. I was offered either to keep them with 20% discount or return them. I did say that having a newborn I do not have time or ability to take two huge boxes to the post office, Kudos can either schedule a pick up or I can keep them with 40% discount. I received a response that I can keep them with the discount, I asked how should I pay and then crickets. Two weeks later customer service followed up asking what did I decide. Hello? I have already used all diapers because that’s what we decided during our previous conversation? However, I responded that I decided to keep them and asked how should I pay. And no response…it’s been two weeks again, I followed up again and still not response. At this point I guess I am just not paying for these diapers?Especially, I do think they should have offered me to keep them for free anyway since it was Kudos mistake sending me this extra order that I didn’t create. Sadly, won’t be ordering these diapers again.
