Love the diapers, hate that three times now while ON SUBSCRIPTION they have ran out of stock and left me scrambling to buy different t brands with almost no notice.

This company has absolutely great customer service!!!! They were a pleasure to work with and made returns super easy!! When it comes to the product I love the patterns and the make/material of the diaper, it feels soft and more like clothing than normal plastic diaper material, but I don’t love the fit. My son is a size 2 In All diapers (and I have tried many different types) .. sometimes I find the kudos diapers fall down his back no matter how I fasten the diaper!

I did really love the diapers. However had to wait over a month for my order and ultimately had to cancel and go elsewhere. I understand the business is scaling but was surprised they didn’t try to do more to retain me as a customer.

The ad promised free two day delivery but the diaper delivery took close to a week - too late for my niece's gender reveal.

We received the box on Saturday; however, when it arrived, half of the box was soaking wet. I took the box from the UPS driver directly meaning it was wet when it came off the truck. Now we are concerned about the diapers that were inside. These are an expensive investment and we don’t have to throw the diapers away…
