I love these diapers and wipes but their customer service and reliability is so bad. You never know if you’ll get your diapers on time and the last 2 orders I haven’t received wipes. I really wish their company would stop spending so much money on advertising until they can figure out their supply issues and handle all the customers that they currently have.

Love the diapers, they are great quality and perfect for my babies sensitive skin- however the subscription service and delivery has been awful. My last order I waited 6 weeks for it to arrive. You may have better luck ordering as you go.

Kudos are my favorite diapers. They fit well, never leak, and love the ingredients. Their wipes are my absolute favorite. They are truly unscented, thick, soft, and wipe SO well. I have found nothing comparable. However, the website is janky and needs improvements (signing in, accessing subscription, changing subscription, changing product, using gift cards, etc). They have horrible communication. They do not tell you when product is out, they don’t update on delays, and are out sizes/prints/wipes a lot. I have a diaper/wipes subscription and my order showed up extremely late and without wipes. I did not get a refund or explanation (wipes out of stock) until I emailed them. If they could improve on their stock/communication, they would be a 10/5!

The diapers are good, but the consistency in availability of plain white diapers is poor and then the shipping and delay of shipments is very poor, which has driven me to consider finding a different diaper company.

Hate that three times now while ON SUBSCRIPTION they have ran out of stock and left me scrambling to buy different t brands with almost no notice.
