Great product but takes way too long to receive. Not sure who runs their operation but this wasn’t the first time we needed a product and they were either out of stock for a long time or the order took forever to receive. Wipes are constantly an issue for them. This time I ordered a bundle (diapers & wipes) and order was held up because of the wipes. Why wouldn’t they just send the diapers and then send the wipes when they arrived. Ended up buying product from a different company.

I spent a long time deciding which subscription for diapers I wanted, and I love these diapers. But the customer service is AWFUL. When they were out of the size of diapers I needed they didn't even bother to tell me. They just didn't ship them! And they still charged me. Then they charged me again for the next box about a week after my previous box of diapers finally arrived. Now, they are out of wipes, and didn't bother to tell me that either. Although of course they again charged me for something I wasn't going to receive. I'm about at the end of my rope never being alerted with issues with my order.

The diapers are great. Really good quality, thick cotton and holds a lot. My baby has very sensitive skin is Kudos was the best diaper on the market for him. However, I do not like the subscription system. Sometimes you don't need a whole box of that one size and there's not an option to do half & half, more often than not they didn't have the size I needed available when it was time for the shipping and also you can't change the date of the shipping, you can only either do it or skip it for the next month, which is crazy. Good product but bad system.

Diapers are great but the customer service is not.

While the quality is great, many times my diapers have came in late which is very inconvenient. It defeats the purpose of having a subscription.
