I’m really disappointed, after I placed my order I received a coupon for a free eyeshadow with my next purchase. I loved the products and went to place another order but the coupon didn’t work. Then I noticed they sent me an expired offer. I sent 2 separate emails and no one ever responded. There is no phone number to call.

Eyeshadow damaged

I wish I could rate the actual product, but it never arrived. It’s been over a month since I placed my order, and despite reaching out to customer support twice, I’ve received no response. This was my first—and unfortunately, likely my last—experience with ADDICTION TOKYO. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially since I was excited to try the brand and had originally planned to order multiple nail polish shades. I’m glad I only purchased one. This kind of customer experience makes it hard to trust the brand moving forward.

I'm really sad that I can no longer buy eyeshadows with textures like matte, sparkle, and pearl.

I haven’t received my order yet but really looking forward to it!
