Not impressed with these products.

I received a broken pump, making it unusable, and there wasn’t even an offer to exchange it. The shipping was also very late.

I am writing a review to express how horrible the customer service is. My return was delivered on 9/9 and I haven't received any refund. In my attempt of trying to reach customer service, they kept telling me it would take up to 30 business days to process. While the tracking clearly shows the item being delivered, I don't know why it would take this long. I would not be purchasing from this website again. It is ironic as they list "easy return" on the site.
