I haven't received my digital files yet, but the process was very easy and well designed. A customized instruction booklet, with my name, stickers showing $0 for what I already paid for, and stickers with a price for extra items if I found more items to digitize. I felt it was VERY easy and something in hindsight, I'd feel comfortable sending to my elderly parent to do without my help. Even the UPS sticker was in the booklet and ready for pickup when the box was filled with items and their stickers. WELL DONE!

Good so far. Mailing my box back on Monday 9-28-26

I like the easiness of use.

Instructions are Easy to understand. I like that there are extra barcode labels in the box. Communication is top notch. I’m looking forward to receiving my family’s memories in the cloud

I haven’t received the box to send in my tapes yet??
