Instructions are Easy to understand. I like that there are extra barcode labels in the box. Communication is top notch. I’m looking forward to receiving my family’s memories in the cloud

I haven’t received the box to send in my tapes yet??

All of the my tapes from the camcorder were transferred to a cd for each tape, my kids will love reliving their childhood with these! I was also sent a digital copy that I have downloaded on my computer so I can cast it to my tv. We enjoy watching these again. A super win all around!

I am so pleased with the outcome I will be sending more VCR Tapes to be done!! KUDOS Kodak!!

Smooth and professional
