Easy to use. Competitive pricing

Besides a a short delay in the delivery of my box, the experience has been great so far. Very excited to get the items back.

Excellent job thanks

Excellent experience ! Loved seeing the old movies and videos!

I haven't received my digital files yet, but the process was very easy and well designed. A customized instruction booklet, with my name, stickers showing $0 for what I already paid for, and stickers with a price for extra items if I found more items to digitize. I felt it was VERY easy and something in hindsight, I'd feel comfortable sending to my elderly parent to do without my help. Even the UPS sticker was in the booklet and ready for pickup when the box was filled with items and their stickers. WELL DONE!
