The process was simple, and they kept me up to date on each step.

Have sent two orders of old 35mm reels from my grandparents and have always had them done from day i shipped them to the time i received the link in 11/2 weeks or less, always faster than they say which i like. And we always have received the originals back in the same condition as we shipped them. I have more to send and have already recommended to other family members.

Quick turn around. I’m disappointed that the West Point graduation was over exposed and unable to be digitized. Should have done this earlier.
