Kodak employs a simple process and actually over communicates the status of transferring memories to digital media. Will be sending the next round of VHS tapes in shortly. 100% recommended.

Items were handled and protected with such care. I had reel-to-reel tapes of my dad's music digitized. It was nice to preserve his live performances recorded over 50 years ago. The estimated completion time was shorter than anticipated also. A very great experience. I would use Kodak again in a heartbeat.

I wanted to digitize my wife's VHS tapes left behind from her mother, who recently passed away. I was worried because the tapes had some mold growing on the tape. However the digital download and the DVDs blew me away with their quality. It's still sourced from VHS tapes and the quality is limited, but Kodak blew me away with how clean it looked and how decent the audio was. 10/10 I'd recommend it to anyone looking to preserve old memories.
