Not loving the quality of the chain considering how much I paid for this. It’s very hard to open, it ruins my nail.

As noted there was delay in shipping due to a ‘system glitch’, whilst I understand that processes do break down, this caused a significantly delayed arrival impacting the outcome of the gift.

Unhappy… My wife has left 4 messages to discuss this purchase with no response. Not good enough!!

Back of the earring fell off the first time I wore them. Thankfully it was in the house however I am now unable to wear them. One is so loose it just falls off straight away. I am very disappointed as I love these and had wanted to purchase for so long. Extremely disappointed.

Based on the quality i had bad experience.
