Kirstin Ash AU

I ordered the Roam Hoops Small. Very disappointed as one of the clasps on the earring doesn’t close properly.

Very poor response to issues with order unfortunately

These are really beautiful and great quality, along with all of the other Kirstin Ash pieces I own however unfortunately I really dislike this size hoop on me, but I hadn't tried them before. So I tried them on literally once, really dislike them and of course they're ineligible for returns, so now I'm stuck with some earrings that I'll never wear just as I dislike the style on me, and they are quite a bit bigger compared to their other hoop earrings which I feel like the photos don't easily demonstrate. I really like all the other products I own though.
