The product was shipped promptly and package is lovely. However, the chain and pendant were very small and underwhelming. Not an inexpensive item so I thought the product would be more substantial.

Backing failed to hold and fell out.

The bracelet is nice but the engraving on the back is a little hard to read

the earrings latch broke after one week
