I did not like the colour of the pendant. It did not match my own 18k gold chain. The gold plated pendant looked cheap. Too yellow. I’m also disappointed that I had to pay $10.95 for return postage. Not something that any other online retailer I’ve purchased from does. They cover the return/exchange costs. For this latter reason, I will not be purchasing from you again, even though I have very much liked some earrings I’ve seen. I will not risk having to incur return postage if I do not like the product upon delivery.
