I was able to call the Ken and Dana Design Team and work with them on the phone to get the exact ring I wanted. My Fiance loves the ring! It was purchased and shipped in a very reasonable time, and I was able to collect the ring from the FedEx center without an issue.

Whole experience was A+, from looking at rings, to sizing them, to getting the ring (packaging was quite nice). After the proposal the ring fit perfectly and was beautiful just as we expected. A warning for guys, the ring box can stick out in your pocket so wear pants with big pockets where you can hide it :)
