Great quality, poor customer service. If you know what you want, they have quality jewelry. If you need help, don’t expect much.

My ring is beautiful but it was really hard to get an appointment planned to go to the shop since I live out of state and they didn’t seem to have many openings when I was in NYC. Since I couldn’t come in, I asked for examples of the ring I wanted paired with one of their engagement rings, but they just directed me to a picture of another ring combo and said it looks roughly the same. . well I unfortunately disagree and would have probably picked a different ring of theirs for my wedding band because the proportions aren’t quite matched up, and it doesn’t wrap around my engagement ring as well as I had hoped.

The box that the ring came in was very disappointing. For something so nice and expensive, I expect better.

Good products / okay service

The process from start to finish for me was just okay. They were extremely helpful at the start in terms of sending follow up emails and making sure details were correct however once you place your order the rest of the process feels very automated and impersonal. They at no point send photo updates to confirm what they're even doing is something you'd like. You basically just trust that when it ships to you, you're actually going to like it. This seems wrong especially considering how much money some people may be spending. It would be much nicer if after the order was placed, they continued the same level of care as before the order was placed. Luckily the product I received was to my liking so I didn't have to figure out a big complicated mess of fixing it. In closing, they make good products. I love how it turned out but the customer service expectations I had seemed to end after they had the money. If you're like me, that rubs you the wrong way.

Sent completely different design than was ordered

Would give zero stars if possible. I emailed asking if the Florina could be made with a larger carat size diamond and was told that it absolutely could be. I paid for this custom design (Florina with 2. 5 ct) and was sent a completely different ring than is shown in the Florina images online and mock-ups I was sent. They did not mention anything in their emails about the ring looking any different than the Florina but yet that is what I was sent. I attached photos showing that the setting looks completely different than the Florina. Extremely dissapointed for the amount of money that was spent and as this was supposed to be an upgraded ring for anniversary present and it is not what was ordered or discussed with the sales associate. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone.

Customer service

When it comes to designs Ken and Dana designs are unique, but beware once you purchase a ring from them, the customer service stops. We have been trying to reach Ken and Dana designs threw emails and phone calls since December without avail. If you want a company who cares about more than just profit, look elsewhere.
