Shipping Manager Delivered Terrible Customer Service and Poor Communications

The jewelry is pretty but the customer service was some of the worst I have experienced in years. For selling luxury goods the shipping manager was rude and unhelpful when she failed to communicate with me after I waited for 6 weeks for my order to ship then would not assist timely with re-routing the package because I moved since the order was placed so long ago. I expressed my dissatisfaction to them in writing and by telephone. They do not work on Saturdays and are slow to respond. I was so surprised to have such a bad experience and will NEVER shop this company again. Buying jewelry should be a great and fun time, they did not deliver that.
