I worked with Nati through out the process. I bought the ring with a tight deadline. They helped push my timeline up and got me the ring 3 days before I needed it. They are amazing and the ring and packaging are spectacular.

My experience was great. Everything was easy online, but it really made a difference being able to speak to someone in the phone. Being about to walk through things and feel reassured made all the difference. My Now Fiancé was super excited and loved the ring!
