The ring is gorgeous! My fiancé and I both loved the Odeyte ring and the packaging was great. The ring is obviously well made and seems like it has many many small attentions to detail. We had issues with shipping due to some address clarification issues on their end, resulting in a headache with delivery. They were able to get it fixed though, and I, and more importantly my fiancé, loved the ring!

We enjoyed going to the store and meeting someone there to help us out. This was a helpful process and good experience. And, the ring we received was phenomenal. Leading up to getting the ring, though, the communication was harder than it needed to be. We had to follow up after sending an email or making a phone call each time we tried to reach out. The information was still provided and we didn’t have any issues otherwise.

This is our 4th price of jewelry we have ordered from Ken and Dana and every piece gets more compliments and catches more eyes than any other brands we’ve ever purchased. Thanks for such great beautiful jewelry
