I received the wrong item but I didn’t know since I send the package to Vietnam. Its too late to get a refund and I cant return the item.

I didn't receive my pino heart shaped earrings with my first order so i had to repurchase then again a second time . . . I will call to complain if I don't receive them after purchasing them twice . . . . .
