The site is very user friendly. I wish that it was easier to use to select the actual free samples you want. Either you can’t because it says they are out of stock or you don’t get the ones you chose from the start. I also wish they had more promotion giveaways. It’s also unclear on how the scent club works. It shows you all the things you can get...but no information on how you get them once you reach the different levels. Customer service is fast to return emails.
