I did everything online the US site. Shipping rates were a bit confusing but in the end it worked and was delivered within the week. Very satisfied!

The only issue I experienced is with receiving the tracking information. When I purchased the Discovery Collection I never received the tracking information. Then when I ordered the full size bottle, I emailed customer service and explained that I wanted the tracking information. I received it, but the package had already arrived. Since the website said a signature was required, not being able to track the package was a bit nerve-racking. That being said...the package arrived quickly.

Shipping to the US is taking about a month.

I have placed multiple orders to the states. The shipping to the states took much longer over the holidays. This caused me to look elsewhere for gifts - I didn’t know if I would receive my orders in time for Christmas.
