Shipping was so fast - love that - thank you. One item to improve upon, your site is really glitchy when ordering from the states. I have had to find work around to order. You maybe losing customers because it’s so difficult. Also, please accept American Express.

I did everything online the US site. Shipping rates were a bit confusing but in the end it worked and was delivered within the week. Very satisfied!

The only issue I experienced is with receiving the tracking information. When I purchased the Discovery Collection I never received the tracking information. Then when I ordered the full size bottle, I emailed customer service and explained that I wanted the tracking information. I received it, but the package had already arrived. Since the website said a signature was required, not being able to track the package was a bit nerve-racking. That being said...the package arrived quickly.
