I haven’t received my parcel it’s been a long time now

Didn’t get my order or a refund. I won’t be shopping here again.

Ordered two colors of the same chinos and received two different widths. Apparently, John Henric doesn’t control its distribution and thus cannot send me the right width with assurance. I will have to right-size them with a taylor. Not customer friendly…….
