Ordered two colors of the same chinos and received two different widths. Apparently, John Henric doesn’t control its distribution and thus cannot send me the right width with assurance. I will have to right-size them with a taylor. Not customer friendly…….

I have not recieved my package

The Shipping Process is absolutely unacceptable. It got delayed and rerouted within Europe a dozen times on its way to Canada. I have 4 pages worth of shipping updates from UPS and received the product 3 weeks late. If purchasing from North America, expect AliExpress shipping commitments of 6 weeks. On top of this, I was hit with $25 custom fees to receive the product. The return policy is also garbage in that I probably spent $100 CAD on the pocket square while it retails for $27. The return would only include the pocket square itself without the shipping and customs fees attached AND i would also need to pay to ship the product back. Will never shop at John Henric again. The quality is also inadequate and cheap. Never shop here. Garbage.

Postage costs billed at $35 extra item delivered! For a small item like a tie.
