Trouser looked fine but were too large. Wanted to exchange but the correct size was not available. Also direct exchange is not possible for international deliveries which is somewhat annoying. Last but not least, had to pay import taxes and duties which was not in the price calculations. Hence, had to pay 33% more than expected for the pants and I am still running after my money to get back the duties because I sent the pants back

Never received and trying to get money back

I never received the package… i was reimbursed part of what I paid and had to contact and send multiple email for them to say i’m sorry and pay me back what they owed me. It was lost or something in their warehouse. Again, instead of sending a compensation. . after the first time I complained they reimburse part of the money and kept the rest. . this is not the way you treat customers. . this is called cheating
