The products are beautiful. However, I got hit with a massive customs bill - almost 75 percent of the value of the purchase. This will deter me from ever buying again. To spend almost $300 on two ties including everything by is beyond disappointing. Should have been covered in shipping by the company like most imports from Europe. So, overall not a good experience at all.

Hi, I was pretty disappointed with this item, which is why I submitted my return request for them. In person, the pink is pretty different than what was depicted online. Online, the pink looks darker, muted, and subtle. But in person, the pink is lighter, more bright, and even slightly fluorescent. If it was subtle differences I would understand, but to me the colors are vastly different. Pretty disappointing 1st experience considering I am in Canada and now have to spend 40$ to return these items.
