I haven’t received the package yet. I paid the fees taxes and duty.

Very poor product return experience.

I bought scarf and underwear merchandise to qualify for free delivery. UPS wanted to charge additional $57 . I refused to pay for delivery . I do not have my purchase even though I prepaid the order. I’m now calling VISA to cancel your order .

FIRST PURCHASE - VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! NEVER AGAIN. I bought a pair of JOHN HENRIC chino size 29, my normal size. The total purchase was 125$. I’m in Canada, so I had to pay an extra 50$ of duties and taxes. The chino finally cost me 175$. The JOHN HENRIC chino came, but the fit was WAY too large, it did not look good at all. It feels more like a 30-31 size. Very disappointing, not sure what is wrong with John Henric sizing. Anyway, I start the return and realize that, with the PENALTIES that JOHN HENRIC applies for a simple return, I will be refunded only 62$! For a total purchase of 175$! Amazing… what a scam! This is exactly the type of abuse from Internet merchants we do not like. I feel cheated and stolen. I’ve ordered many many times in Europe from Canada and never had this sort of experience with product returns. The worst is that if the pants had been TRUE size 29, I would have kept them. Now I’m stuck with a product that does not fit, and that if I returned, I would get A SMALL FRACTION of my money back! Never, ever, and will make noise and very negative comment about JOHN HENRIC in Canada. Thanks for nothing. M. Gariepy

Do not order anything from John Henric. They are not interested in honouring shipments that were sent incomplete. Half my order was not sent and they will not provide a refund for the items that were not received. They are not a reputable company. Their prices are over inflated and not worth it. Disappointing to say the least.
