Lens came a little damaged so I requested for exchange. There is no service so far. Their phone number is just an answering machine and the chat is a joke. The store is great, but ordering online seems dangerous with this company

I’ve been waiting 4 months to get my glasses and I STILL don’t have my glasses and I have no update. WHERE ARE MY GLASSES?? Your internal team is obviously not doing anything because your customer service reps in the chat keep escalating my issue but they never resolve anything!! How do you keep someone waiting 4 months to get them their glasses???????

Takes months for online order.

The worst company I’ve ever order from. Never got my glasses after three months.
